Our Exclusively supported skier - Martha has been skiing since she was four. She started racing at just five! She joined Ravens Ski Club as it's youngest member in 2001. Martha is realistic in her expectations and goals. She particularly wants to concentrate on technique and practises as much as possible, when her School studies allow.

Martha was very proud to have achieved National recognition in 2008 when, skiing for East Herrington Primary School Ski Club, she became the first child from the School to be selected for the English Schools Junior Squad. In 2009 she won an academic scholarship to Durham School and was very proud to represent Durham School at the Regional and National English Schools Championships too, again being selected for the English Schools squad in 2009.

Martha would like to race more on snow. However this has proved prohibitively expensive! Martha sees her time racing with English Schools as an opportunity to improve her snow technique and will also be travelling to Norway in 2011 to Snow Racing Camp.
